We do not accept returns. We will take every precaution to ensure your item is properly packaged and insured with tracking information. However despite our efforts things can occur beyond our control. In the event your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately via email and phone. You will need to send a photograph so that we can start the process with the shipping company.
