The business is run like a much larger entity complete with an Operations and Sales Manual that is updated regularly to keep everyone well trained on the needs of customers.  It also helps the business stay abreast of trends and practices and make the necessary changes accordingly to benefit customers.

Elizabeth Murphy creative collaborator is total genius when it comes to creating wearable art.  With six grown successful children and an educator she is reinventing herself by pursuing her creative dreams.  She is a wonderful collaborator and comes up with amazing leather bags, bracelets and fashion and gift items with vintage buttons pearls and rhinestones in addition to fantastic fashions.

Other team members include intern Erica Aguerre and Carolyn Jones who help make the shop experience fun and informative.
